Job Title: Billing Executive

Department: Operation

Experience:- 1–3 years in jewellery billing or costing

Address: Plot NO.36-B, 3rd and 4th Floor, Sudarshanpura, 22 Godam, Manohar Book Depot, RIICO Industrial Area, Jaipur -302006, Rajasthan, India
Location: Jaipur

Salary Range:-20-25k

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and issue job cards with estimates

· Maintain costing sheets and ensure real-time updates

· Generate final invoices post QC and dispatch

· Keep track of gold, Polki, diamond rates in system

· Minimize billing errors to <1% per month

Skills & Qualifications:

Required Graduation

Require experience with 1-3 yrs. in similar industry (jewellery or related to the similar industry)

Have good command on Excel (VLOOKUP, IF, QUERY), costing accuracy, GST basics

Work Conditions:
