Job Responsibilities
- Order Billing & Invoicing → Raising invoices for customer orders on Amazon/Flipkart.
- Reconciliation → Matching online payments with sales orders.
- GST/Tax Filing Support → Ensuring correct tax entries for e-commerce sales.
- Coordination with Dispatch/Logistics → Making sure orders are billed before shipping.
Order Processing & Dispatch Coordination
- Process online orders and coordinate billing and dispatch activities for timely fulfillment.
- Handle billing entries related to Amazon FBA supplies from locations outside the main warehouse.
- Track consignments and ensure timely delivery without returns through proactive follow-up.
Inventory & Stock Management
- Maintain stock balances on websites for customer bookings and update the same in Tally for billing accuracy.
- Update online packing inventory and stationery levels, and manage settlement of related bills.
- Perform stock reconciliation between online orders, Tally entries, and physical inventory.
Billing, Documentation & Reconciliation
- Prepare and maintain daily invoices and courier acknowledgements for record-keeping and verification.
- Reconcile online bills with physical dispatches and update records in Tally.
- Raise credit notes for returned couriers and record entries accurately.
Skills & Tools Required
- Proficiency in Tally ERP for billing entries and reconciliation.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce portals and order processing systems.
- Familiarity with inventory management and stock reconciliation practices.
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets for documentation and reporting
