We are hiring for a Billing & MIS Executive preferably in logistics/courier/transportation

Location - Chennai

Qualifications & Experience: Any Graduate

Experience : 2 to 4 Years

Salary UPTO 3 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management: Collect, organise, and maintain accurate financial data within the MIS system.

Billing Operations: Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing, including generating invoices and updating accounts with payment information.

Reporting & Analysis: Generate various reports (e.g., financial, accounts receivable ageing) and analyse data to provide insights and support decision-making.

Discrepancy Resolution: Respond to client billing inquiries and resolve any discrepancies or issues in billing records.

Data Integrity & Compliance: Maintain data security, ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies, and uphold data integrity.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with other departments (e.g., finance, IT) to gather necessary financial information and align data needs.

MIS System Maintenance: Develop and maintain MIS tools like databases and dashboards, and provide training to staff on these tools.

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
