Billing Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Billing Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing invoices, managing accounts receivable, and ensuring accurate and timely billing for products and services rendered. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices based on contracts, purchase orders, and other relevant documents.
• Track payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Maintain and update billing records and customer information.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Operations, and Customer Support to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Generate billing reports and summaries for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and accounting standards.
• Reconcile billing accounts and prepare statements for clients as needed.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a billing or accounting role (1–3 years preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with billing/accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
