Position Title: Receptionist / Front Desk & Billing Executive

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Experience: 1 to 3 years (preferably hospital billing)

Purpose of the Role:

To serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring efficient registration, admission, billing, and discharge processes in accordance with hospital protocols and NABH guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients, attendants, and visitors courteously.
  • Manage patient registration, admission, and discharge documentation.
  • Generate bills accurately and ensure timely payments and settlements.
  • Coordinate with nursing, pharmacy, and TPA departments for patient updates.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient data and financial transactions.
  • Handle telephone calls, inquiries, and appointment scheduling efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate record-keeping and daily reporting to the Front Office Manager.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong billing, data entry, and documentation accuracy.
  • Familiarity with Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
  • Patient-centric and service-oriented mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,803.28 - ₹15,000.00 per month
