Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Management: Prepare, issue, and send accurate invoices and account statements.
  • Payment Processing: Receive, record, and reconcile incoming payments, issuing receipts.
  • Account Maintenance: Update client records, track balances, and manage account information.
  • Customer Communication: Respond to billing inquiries, send payment reminders, and resolve disputes professionally.
  • Reporting: Assist with preparing monthly billing reports and financial summaries.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve billing errors, discrepancies, and late payments.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and financial regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
