Billing Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a Billing Executive to join our team. The Billing Executive is responsible for accurate and timely invoicing of sales and service transactions. This role ensures proper coordination between the sales, logistics, and accounts teams to streamline billing processes, maintain accurate records, and support smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate GST-compliant invoices for all product dispatches.
• Validate sales orders, stock availability, and dispatch documents before billing.
• Coordinate with the sales and logistics team to ensure timely and correct billing.
• Monitor and maintain accurate billing records in Tally / ERP software.
• Update daily billing reports and share with management.
• Ensure compliance with tax norms and company policies.
• Handle debit notes, credit notes, and billing corrections if required.
• Follow up with internal teams for billing-related discrepancies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Requirements:

• Any Degree or Bcom
• Laptop Compulsory
• Minimum 1 year above experience or Fresher's
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Experience with accounting software and spreadsheets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Tally Knowledge compulsory
• Preferring candidate from kochi only
• Salary 18000 to 22000 + Variable Salary
