Billing Executive

About Role:
Sri Krishna Nagai Maligai is looking for a detail-oriented Billing Executive to ensure smooth billing operations at our showroom. You will manage invoices, payments, and customer transactions with accuracy and professionalism. Your role is crucial in maintaining financial integrity and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate bills and invoices for all customer purchases.
• Verify product codes, weights, prices, taxes, discounts, and promotions.
• Handle cash, card, UPI, and cheque transactions efficiently.
• Operate ERP/POS billing systems and update product information.
• Reconcile daily cash and payment collections with zero discrepancies.
• Respond to customer queries related to billing, offers, and payment options.
• Maintain accurate records for GST, audits, and internal reporting.
• Coordinate with sales and accounts teams for order verification and billing support.
• Identify and report suspicious or high-value transactions to prevent fraud.
• Continuously improve billing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
