Job Description:

We are hiring a Billing Executive for our ETP / STP / WTP projects. The candidate will be responsible for handling project billing, client invoices, running bills, BOQ-based billing, and coordination with site and accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare project-wise billing for ETP, STP & WTP works
• Generate Running Account (RA) Bills, final bills, and invoices
• Billing as per BOQ, work completion, and contract terms
• Coordinate with site engineers for work progress & measurements
• Maintain billing records, work completion certificates & documents
• Handle GST billing, debit/credit notes
• Track client payments and outstanding amounts
• Coordinate with accounts department for reconciliation
• Maintain billing data in Excel / ERP / Tally

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in Commerce / Accounts / Management
• 1–4 years experience in project billing (ETP/STP/WTP preferred)
• Knowledge of BOQ, RA bills, project billing & GST
• Good command on MS Excel
• Basic accounting and documentation knowledge
• Ability to coordinate with site & technical teams

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in Water Treatment
• Familiar with measurement sheets & work progress reports
• Can work under deadlines and handle multiple projects
