We are seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Jewellery Billing Executive to manage our retail transaction process. You will be the final point of contact for our customers, ensuring that high-value purchases are invoiced accurately, market rates are applied correctly, and all financial documentation meets regulatory standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle accurate billing for Pearls, gold and diamond, jewellery
• Generate invoices using POS / jewellery billing software
• Calculate weight, making charges, wastage, GST, and discounts.
• Manage cash, card, UPI, and online transactions.
• Maintain & report daily sales and billing reports.
• Coordinate with sales team for smooth customer checkout.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and alteration billing as per policy.
• Ensure error-free entries related to billing and stock movement.
• Assist customers with billing-related queries.

Candidate Requirements

• Male candidates only
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Billing Executive (Jewellery/Retail preferred)
• Good knowledge of jewellery billing, GST, and POS systems
• Computer skills (billing software, MS Excel)
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
• Polite, responsible, and customer-friendly attitude
• Must be able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• A professional, well-groomed appearance is required for our luxury showroom environment.
