Job Opening: Billing Staff

Mab Tech Commercial Kitchen Equipment – Malappuram

Mab Tech Commercial Kitchen Equipment is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Billing Staff to handle invoicing and billing operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare sales invoices, tax invoices, and delivery challans.
• Generate E-way bills and maintain billing records.
• Verify purchase orders, pricing, and tax details before invoicing.
• Coordinate with Accounts and Sales departments for billing clarification.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of billing records.
• Follow up on pending payments and update billing status.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of GST and billing procedures.
• Experience in billing software / Tally preferred.
• Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Office).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree (Commerce preferred).
• Experience preferred; Freshers with accounting knowledge can apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
