We are seeking enthusiastic individuals, preferably residing nearby, who can ensure smooth outpatient billing and patient service.

Role Overview

The OPD Billing Desk Executive will manage patient billing operations, ensure accuracy in financial transactions, and provide courteous support to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient registration and data entry in hospital systems.
• Generate OPD bills, process payments, and issue receipts.
• Verify patient details, medical codes, and billing accuracy.
• Handle insurance claim submissions and follow-ups.
• Maintain outstanding payment records and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff for seamless patient flow.
• Provide clear communication to patients regarding billing queries.

Education Requirements

• Minimum: Graduate in Commerce, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Preferred: Certification/diploma in Hospital Front Office & Billing, Medical Billing, or Healthcare Administration.

Skills Required

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in hospital billing software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of CPT/ICD coding and healthcare regulations.
• Accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
• Familiarity with insurance claim processing and denial management.

Experience Required

• 1–2 years of experience in hospital billing, OPD desk, or healthcare administration preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn will also be considered.
