Billing Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Executive to join our team. As a Billing Executive, you will be responsible for managing the billing processes, ensuring the accuracy of invoices, and supporting the finance team with various tasks related to payment processing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue invoices to clients based on services/products provided.
• Verify accuracy of billing information and resolve any discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely processing of payments.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, payments, and credits.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding billing matters and resolve issues efficiently.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients as needed.
• Prepare and submit monthly or quarterly billing reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding billing practices.
• Assist with auditing and reconciling accounts as required.
• Other billing-related tasks as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
