Billing Executive - Mohali

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Executive with knowledge of SAP to join our finance team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing billing processes, ensuring accuracy in invoices, and maintaining billing records. This role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Skills and Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in billing with Tally & Knowledge of SAP
Salary - 20,000 to 22,000 Per Month.
Proficient in SAP for billing and financial transactions.
Strong understanding of billing processes and procedures.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Excel and other MS Office applications.
Responsibilities
Manage billing processes and ensure accuracy in invoices.
Maintain and update billing records in SAP.
Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely billing and collections.
Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and customer inquiries.
Generate billing reports and provide insights to management.
Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
