Billing Follow-Up Associate (Remote | Sacramento Metro Area)

Keep the cash flowing and claims moving! We’re looking for a detail-driven Billing Follow-Up Associate to join our team remotely while supporting operations in the Sacramento metropolitan area.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Day Shift)
Pay: $700/week

What You’ll Do:

• Follow up on outstanding claims and unpaid invoices

• Communicate with insurance providers and clients to resolve billing issues

• Review accounts for accuracy and ensure timely payments

• Maintain clear documentation and status updates

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and organization skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Experience in billing, collections, or healthcare revenue cycle (preferred)

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
