Billing Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Manager to oversee and manage all billing operations in our car rental business. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in billing, reconciliation, client invoicing, and must be proficient in using Indecab software for car rental billing operations. The Billing Manager will ensure accurate, timely billing and work closely with operations, accounts, and clients to ensure financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire billing process for daily rentals, long-term leasing, and corporate accounts.
• Generate and review invoices through Indecab software for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure timely submission of invoices to clients and follow up on payments.
• Reconcile trip data with GPS logs, duty slips, and booking records.
• Coordinate with operations and customer support teams for resolving billing discrepancies.
• Maintain updated rate cards and rental agreements in the system.
• Prepare monthly billing reports, aging reports, and revenue forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with tax rules (GST) and proper documentation for audits.
• Handle client queries related to billing and provide resolution efficiently.
• Train and guide billing executives, if applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of billing experience in the transportation or car rental industry.
• Hands-on experience with Indecab software is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of GST, invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Strong communication and team coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
