As we continue to expand, we are seeking a strong leader to manage our night shift operations, reporting directly to the RCM Manager at our US office.

Work Timing:

Night Shift – US Central Time (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST)
(Monday to Friday)

Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Medical Billing Operations Manager (US RCM) to oversee our night shift operations. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in US medical billing and RCM, with proven experience managing a team of at least 25 billing professionals and direct interaction with US-based clients or teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 25+ billing professionals (charge entry, payment posting, AR follow-up, denial management).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for operational escalations during the night shift.
• Coordinate directly with US-based clients or teams for issue resolution and performance reviews.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims and follow-ups.
• Monitor KPIs and team performance; implement corrective actions when needed.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and payer-specific billing requirements.
• Conduct training sessions, audits, and regular team performance evaluations.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in US medical billing and RCM.
• 3+ years in a managerial role, handling a team of 25 or more.
• Direct, regular interaction with US-based clients or operational teams.
• Strong understanding of the complete billing cycle (charge entry to AR collections).
• Proficiency in RCM tools and software (e.g., AdvancedMD, Kareo, eClinicalWorks).
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
• Willingness to work full-time night shift (US Central Time).

Preferred Qualifications:

• AAPC/AHIMA certifications (CPC, CPB, etc.).
• Experience across multiple specialties (Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, etc.).
• Background in BPO/KPO or similar offshore delivery environments.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: ₹7,00,000 – ₹9,00,000 per annum (negotiable for highly experienced candidates).
