Boyer Children's Clinic is currently seeking a Full-Time Medical Billing Manager to lead our billing operations and supervise a dedicated team. Boyer Children's Clinic provides medical, therapy, special education and family services to infants and young children with developmental delays, and their families. The Medical Billing Manager partners closely with the Controller and cross-departmental leadership to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant billing practives that support our mission-driven clinical services. The ideal candidate brings strong supervisory expereince and deep knowledge of billing.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the billing team, managing workflow, performance, and professional development
• Oversee coding accuracy, billing procedures, claims submission, denials management, and collections
• Monitor aging reports and key performance indicators to improve financial outcomes
• Audit billing processes and ensure compliance with payor contracts, governmental regulations, and HIPAA standards
• Partner with Program Leadership to improve systems and strengthen cross-department collaboration
• Analyze monthly and annual reports and provide strategic recommendations
• Support provider credentialing and respond to billing inquiries from patients, staff, and payors
• Other duties as assigned.
