Business Development Executive – Medical Billing

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Team to join our rapidly growing US-based Medical Billing Company. The ideal candidates will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and bringing healthcare providers and medical practices from the United States to our billing services.

This role requires strong communication skills, confidence in dealing with international clients, and the ability to achieve business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services in the US healthcare market.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other sales strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with US-based healthcare providers, clinics, and medical practices.
  • Present company services and explain the benefits of outsourcing medical billing.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate with the management team for client onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities.
  • Stay updated on the US healthcare and medical billing industry.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Medical Billing Business Development, Healthcare Sales, or B2B Sales will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with cold calling, and email outreach is preferred.
