SITUATION VACANT – BILLING OFFICER
Dr. Arshad Health Associates (DAHA) is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Billing Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, verify, and process patient, corporate, and insurance billing accurately and timely.
- Generate invoices, receipts, credit notes, and billing statements.
- Maintain complete and accurate billing records and supporting documentation.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and assist in accounts receivable management.
- Reconcile daily collections, cash receipts, bank deposits, and billing records.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial, revenue, and collection reports.
- Record financial transactions and maintain proper accounting entries.
- Coordinate with the Finance and Accounts Department regarding payments, receivables, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational financial policies and procedures.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client payment inquiries.
- Support internal and external audit requirements by providing relevant records and reports.
- Perform other finance and accounts-related duties as assigned.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in billing, accounts, finance, or healthcare administration.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and accounting/billing software.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in healthcare billing and Hospital Information Systems (HIS) will be preferred.

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
