Experience: 2+ years of experience in billing/ accounting tally

Salary: 15-25k

Job Description:

We are looking for a Billing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, efficient with billing processes, and have hands-on experience in computer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day billing operations and invoicing
• Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable and payable.
• Reconcile billing with purchase and sales records.
• Prepare and issue GST invoices, credit/debit notes, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Ensure timely generation and dispatch of invoices.
• Maintain and update billing databases and reports.
