Job Title: Billing Operator

Role Overview:
The Billing Operator will be responsible for accurate billing, invoice generation, and day-to-day coordination with accounts and sales teams. This role ensures smooth financial transactions, compliance, and timely documentation—keeping the revenue engine running without friction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate sales invoices, quotations, and delivery challans
• Maintain billing records and update entries in Tally/GST software
• Handle GST billing, basic returns support, and documentation
• Coordinate with sales and accounts teams for order closure
• Ensure accuracy in pricing, taxes, and customer details
• Manage daily billing reports and data reconciliation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate (B.Com preferred)
• Basic knowledge of GST & Tally
• Good typing speed (minimum 30 WPM)
• Working knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and process discipline

Experience:

• Fresher to 2 years (experience in billing/accounts preferred)

Salary Range:

• ₹8,000 – ₹11,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
