As part of our expansion, we are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our finance team and ensure accurate, timely billing operations.

Role Overview

The Billing Specialist will be responsible for managing customer billing processes, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and Qatari regulations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with finance and customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices to customers in a timely manner.
• Verify billing data and ensure accuracy of charges.
• Maintain billing records and reconcile accounts.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on collections.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve billing disputes.
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Qatari regulations and company policies.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance billing efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of billing processes and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Pay: Up to QAR18,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
