Location: Gulberg, Lahore
Shift: Night (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM PKT, Monday to Friday)
Salary: Up to PKR 70,000 (Fixed)

About Us:

TechnoTech Solutions is a Lahore-based technology company providing top-quality support and services to our US clients and partners. We are looking for a skilled Billing Specialist to join our team who can communicate fluently with our US-based clients and resellers, manage billing operations, and maintain accurate financial data in Odoo.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with US clients and resellers regarding monthly invoices, payment updates, and billing inquiries.
• Process billing adjustments, manage payment methods, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate and organized billing data in the Odoo system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or client concerns.
• Ensure billing processes align with company policies and client requirements.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Prior experience in billing, accounts, or customer communication roles (preferably for US clients).
• Familiarity with Odoo or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working the night shift (aligned with EST time zone).
