Accounting Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Executive (Payment Posting) to manage payment posting, adjustments, and reconciliation of patient accounts in medical billing. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, familiar with EOB/ERA structures, and capable of ensuring 100% posting accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post payments (ERA/EOB) from insurance companies and patients into the billing system.
• Record adjustments, denials, and write-offs accurately.
• Reconcile daily deposits and ensure all payments are applied to correct accounts.
• Identify payment discrepancies and coordinate with AR teams for resolution.
• Maintain detailed payment logs and daily reconciliation reports.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and accounting best practices.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in medical billing payment posting.
• Strong understanding of EOBs, ERAs, patient balances, and adjustments.
• Familiarity with billing software (eCW, AdvancedMD, Kareo, or CharmHealth preferred).
• Excellent Excel and accounting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
