Billing Staff ; BAR Staff & Waiter

Job Purpose

To provide excellent customer service by serving food and beverages in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner. The role involves preparing and serving drinks, taking orders, delivering food, and ensuring guests have a positive dining and bar experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.

* Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.

* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at the bar.

* Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly.

* Maintain cleanliness of the bar, tables, and service areas.

* Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints professionally.

* Process payments using cash, card, or other methods.

* Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and hygiene standards.

* Restock bar and service areas with beverages, glassware, and supplies.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Skills & Requirements

* Previous experience in hospitality, bar work, or table service is desirable but not essential.

* Strong customer service and communication skills.

* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

* Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong team ethic.

* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

* Knowledge of alcoholic beverages, cocktails, or food service is an advantage.

* Must meet legal age requirements for serving alcohol.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
