Billing/Collections/Accounts Receivable Specialist

The Billing Rep is responsible for billing clients, verifying transactions, and monitoring payments and other duties such as:

• Process and apply payments – check, credit card, and ACH
• Email, fax, or mail out invoices as necessary
• Communicate daily with the sales department to ensure that pricing is correct and to assist in receiving initial payments
• Customer Service communications
• Send monthly statements to outstanding customers with past due invoices.
• Follow up with customers regarding past-due payments
• Update customer billing information, as needed
• Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, filing, and data entry
• Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Admin Department

Job Requirements:

• Must have strong computer skills
• Excellent organizational, mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• BA or BS degree, preferred, High School Diploma required
• 1+ years of relevant experience in billing, collections, or accounts receivable

Pay

Pay = $50,000 /yr base salary

Monthly bonuses = $0 - $676 per month
