Billing/QS - Manager

About the Role:

We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Billing Engineer – Civil to join L&T Realty, one of India’s leading real estate developers. This is a senior-level role ideal for professionals with extensive experience in billing, quantity surveying, and contract management for large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, verify, and certify contractor bills (RA Bills) and client invoices.
• Review project drawings, BOQs, and rate analysis to ensure billing accuracy.
• Handle high-value bills and ensure compliance with contract terms and project budgets.
• Lead and guide a team of junior billing engineers and QS professionals.
• Manage change orders, variation orders, and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, consultants, and finance teams.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on billing status, cost control, and cash flow.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 12–18 years of experience in civil billing / quantity surveying / construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of RA bills, BOQ, contract management, and cost control.
• Experience with ERP software (SAP, Primavera, Tally, etc.) and MS Excel.
• Leadership experience in handling teams of junior engineers.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Exposure to high-value real estate or large-scale infrastructure projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,600,000.00 per year
