What You Will Do

• Manage credit & collection activities: monthly statements, follow-ups, reconciliations, and allocation of payments/discounts.

• Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong relationships with government accounts, including NUPCO.

• Perform aging analysis, monthly forecasting, and daily cash management.

• Track assigned accounts, identify outstanding debts, and plan recovery actions.

• Negotiate payment deadlines and repayment plans, while addressing questions and complaints effectively.

• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies to build and maintain customer trust.

• Update systems and databases regularly and escalate accounts requiring legal action when necessary.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.

• 5+ years of experience in debit/credit collection, with proven NUPCO expertise.

• Background in Healthcare/Medical industry (Diagnostics preferred).

• Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to adapt positively in a fast-changing environment.

• Result-oriented, with strong problem-solving and time management abilities.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
