BIM Administrator - Civil

We are looking for a skilled BIM Administrator – Civil to oversee and maintain BIM standards, software configuration, and project model coordination across multiple civil projects. The ideal candidate will act as the central point of control for BIM documentation, clash detection coordination, and BIM execution processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the setup and maintenance of BIM models and templates.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary models (Architectural, Structural, MEP) using BIM tools.
• Run clash detection exercises and support site coordination.
• Maintain model version control and project documentation in line with BIM execution plans.
• Support the design and engineering teams in extracting quantities, drawings, and reports from BIM models.
• Train and support BIM users across the project.
• Ensure alignment with client BIM standards and local regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• 4–6 years of experience in BIM coordination or administration (Revit, Navisworks).
• Familiarity with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), LOD standards, and clash resolution processes.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
