Job Description: BIM and Tekla Modeller

Responsibilities:

1. Develop BIM models (LOD 300–500) using Revit & Tekla Structures

2. Prepare shop drawings and construction drawings

3. Model Architectural, RCC, Steel, and MEP systems

4. Perform clash detection using Navisworks

5. Coordinate with design and project teams

Skills Required:

* Revit (Architecture, Structure & MEP)

* Tekla Structures

* Navisworks, AutoCAD

* Understanding of BIM standards and workflows

Qualification & Experience:

* Diploma/Bachelor’s in relevant discipline

* Minimum 2-3 years of BIM and Tekla modelling experience compulsory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

• BIM: 2 years (Preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra
