Finishing &amp; BBS Quantity Estimation Engineer (High-Rise)We are seeking a Finishing &amp; BBS Quantity Estimation Engineer with experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare finishing quantities (flooring, tiling, plaster, painting, fa&ccedil;ade, joinery, waterproofing)</li><li>Calculate BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) for RCC works</li><li>Verify drawings and BOQs for accuracy</li><li>Prepare quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and material reconciliation</li><li>Coordinate with site and billing teams</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of RCC drawings and finishing specifications</li><li>Proficient in Excel, AutoCAD (Revit/BIM is an advantage)</li><li>Good understanding of high-rise construction practices</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Diploma/Bachelor&rsquo;s in Civil Engineering</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in high-rise projects &amp; Estimation is mandatory</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Quantity Estimation: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra
