Estimation Engineer (CIVIL)

Finishing & BBS Quantity Estimation Engineer (High-Rise)

We are seeking a Finishing & BBS Quantity Estimation Engineer with experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare finishing quantities (flooring, tiling, plaster, painting, façade, joinery, waterproofing)
• Calculate BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) for RCC works
• Verify drawings and BOQs for accuracy
• Prepare quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and material reconciliation
• Coordinate with site and billing teams

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of RCC drawings and finishing specifications
• Proficient in Excel, AutoCAD (Revit/BIM is an advantage)
• Good understanding of high-rise construction practices

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in high-rise projects & Estimation is mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Quantity Estimation: 2 years (Preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra
