BIM Architect

Universal BIM is looking for a skilled Architectural/Interior Design BIM Modeler to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in BIM modeling with expertise in Revit and other relevant software. We are looking for professionals who are locally available in the UAE and ready to start right away.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate BIM models for architectural and interior design projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design accuracy.
• Create detailed drawings, schedules, and 3D visualizations.
• Implement BIM standards and best practices in project workflows.
• Revise and update models based on design changes and client feedback.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modeling for architecture/interior design.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks (additional software is a plus).
• Strong understanding of architectural and interior detailing.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be locally available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
