BIM Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage architectural BIM models using Revit and other BIM tools.
• Define and implement BIM standards, workflows, and execution plans for projects.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure model integrity and clash-free designs.
• Produce detailed drawings, schedules, and documentation from BIM models.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and SOE requirements.
• Conduct quality checks and audits on BIM deliverables.
• Support project teams with BIM-related training and troubleshooting.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and BIM implementation.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and familiarity with Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of UAE building codes and BIM standards.
• Dubai SOE Registration preferred.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of BIM Level 2 standards and ISO 19650.
• Experience in parametric design and visualization tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
