We're looking for an experienced and highly skilled Revit Architect to join our dynamic team. This role is central to the design and execution of complex, large-scale projects, including cutting-edge hospital and healthcare facilities, significant mass housing/public developments. If you have a minimum of 6 years of experience successfully managing projects from concept through construction documentation using Revit, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- BIM Management: Lead the development, organization, and quality control of Building Information Models (BIM) using Autodesk Revit across all project phases (Schematic Design through Construction Documentation).
- Design & Documentation: Produce comprehensive and accurate architectural drawings, details, and specifications for diverse projects, including the complex technical requirements of hospitals (clinical planning, systems coordination) and the large-scale logistical demands of mass housing/public works.
- Interdisciplinary Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for coordinating the architectural model with consultant models (Structural, MEP, Civil) to ensure complete clash detection and spatial compliance.
- Project Leadership: Mentor junior staff on Revit best practices, BIM standards, and project workflows. Manage documentation deadlines and deliverable schedules.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all drawing sets and models adhere strictly to project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP), company standards, and local building codes/regulations.
Skill set Required:
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in architecture, with a significant focus on large-scale and complex projects.
- Software Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit is mandatory. Strong skills in AutoCAD and Navisworks are a significant plus.
- Project Expertise: Demonstrated experience with one or more of the following:
- Mass Housing/Public Sector Projects: Experience with density, unit planning, and public space design.
- Transportation/Infrastructure: Exposure to the technical and safety standards required for metro stations or similar public transit facilities.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction methods, material specification, and detailing for diverse building typologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and project stakeholders.
