Role Description

The BIM Architect will contribute to the design and execution of architecture and construction projects by implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes. Responsibilities include creating and managing BIM models, generating detailed architectural and construction drawings, preparing submittal documents, and ensuring compliance with project specifications. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, India.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Proficiency in Architecture, including conceptual and technical design expertise.
• Experience with Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings for various project types.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of Building Information Modeling (BIM) principles and techniques.
• Ability to prepare and review detailed Submittals and related project documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of industry standards and regulations.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field is required, with relevant certifications in BIM preferred.
• Proficiency in BIM software tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, or Navisworks is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
