Key Responsibilities
BIM & Design Development
- Develop and manage Architectural BIM models (LOD 300–400) for healthcare facilities.
- Prepare coordinated 3D models, drawings, and schedules using Revit.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare design standards, including NABH, NBC, HTM, and relevant local codes.
- Translate conceptual designs into detailed construction-ready BIM models.
Coordination & Clash Management
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Medical Planning, and Interior teams.
- Conduct clash detection and issue resolution using Navisworks / BIM 360.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and incorporate feedback into models.
Healthcare-Specific Planning
- Model and validate critical healthcare areas such as:
- ICUs, OTs, CSSD, Radiology, Dialysis
- Isolation rooms, clean/dirty workflows
- Nurse stations and support spaces
- Ensure proper zoning, circulation, and infection-control considerations.
Documentation & Deliverables
- Generate GFC drawings, shop drawings, and BOQs from BIM models.
- Maintain BIM execution plans (BEP) and project standards.
- Support as-built documentation and handover models.
Quality Control & Standards
- Maintain model accuracy, naming conventions, and BIM standards.
- Ensure models meet project-specific BIM protocols and LOD requirements.
- Review and validate BIM outputs for design intent and constructability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture).
- Working knowledge of Navisworks, BIM 360 / ACC, AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of healthcare planning norms and workflows.
- Familiarity with LOD, clash detection, and BIM coordination processes.
Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 5–8 years of experience,
- Experience in multi-disciplinary coordination on large hospital projects.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
