BIM Architect

We’re hiring qualified BIM Engineers to join one of our valued clients. Candidates with experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, BIM, Architecture, and Landscape disciplines are encouraged to apply. In this role, you’ll contribute to multidisciplinary project teams, supporting design, BIM coordination, and project delivery across various sectors.

You’ll work closely with architects, engineers, and consultants, gaining hands-on experience while developing your technical and coordination skills within a professional and structured environment.

• Prepare and develop BIM models, drawings, and documentation in line with project requirements.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models to identify and resolve clashes.
• Support project teams during design development and construction documentation phases.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, codes, and BIM guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Update models and drawings based on coordination and design changes.
• Complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture (relevant to the role)

Experience

• 2–12 years of relevant experience, depending on the role

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in BIM software (Revit; Navisworks is a plus)
• Understanding of BIM workflows, drawings, and documentation standards

Additional Skills

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and commitment to professional growth
