BIM Architect

• Develop, manage, and update BIM models for architecture and construction projects.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (MEP, structural engineers, contractors) to ensure seamless integration of BIM models.
• Resolve clashes and conflicts in the BIM model through coordination and collaboration with other disciplines.
• Translate conceptual designs into detailed, constructible models using BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks).
• Ensure that all design elements conform to architectural standards, codes, and client specifications.
• Provide support during the design process, offering insights and recommendations based on BIM analysis.
• Generate 2D and 3D drawings, including construction documents, from BIM models.
• Prepare accurate and detailed architectural drawings, plans, and schedules for various project phases.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of the project and ensure alignment with design intent.
• Act as the liaison between architectural teams, consultants, and contractors to communicate BIM-related information.
• Attend coordination meetings to discuss project progress, troubleshoot issues, and offer technical support.
• Implement and enforce BIM standards and best practices across projects.
• Ensure that BIM models adhere to relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Stay updated on emerging BIM technologies and processes, incorporating them into project workflows where applicable.
