BIM Architect/ Engineer

We're seeking a skilled BIM Architect to collaborate closely with our contractors on high-profile projects. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have hands-on experience with BIM Level of Development (LOD) from 200 to 500, this is your chance to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage BIM models in coordination with contractors, ensuring seamless integration from conceptual design through construction.
• Advance BIM models through LOD stages: LOD 200 (approximate geometry and quantity), LOD 300 (precise fabrication/installation), LOD 350 (connections and interfaces), and LOD 400/500 (as-built and facility management).
• Conduct clash detection, quantity take-offs, and 4D/5D simulations to support contractor workflows.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and site teams to resolve issues and optimize project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and implement best practices for model coordination.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a BIM Architect/Coordinator in construction projects.
• Proficiency in BIM software: Revit (mandatory), Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Dynamo/Solibri for automation.
• In-depth knowledge of BIM LOD progression from 200 to 500, including model authoring, federation, and handover processes.
• Strong understanding of construction workflows, MEP coordination, and fabrication detailing.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with contractors.
• Certification (Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit for Architectural Design) is a plus.
