Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled BIM Architect Engineer to join our Egypt office. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing architectural models within BIM platforms, ensuring design accuracy, project efficiency, and compliance with international standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and update BIM models for architectural design and detailing.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of architectural, structural, and MEP elements.
• Perform clash detection and resolve design issues using BIM tools.
• Generate drawings, schedules, and project documentation directly from BIM models.
• Support the preparation and execution of BIM Execution Plans.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards (ISO 19650, etc.) and company protocols.
• Research and implement new BIM tools and workflows to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in BIM-based architectural design within consultancy or construction environments.
• Strong proficiency in BIM software (Autodesk Revit Architecture, Navisworks, BIM 360, etc.).
• Solid knowledge of architectural design principles, detailing, and building codes.
• Familiarity with international BIM standards and workflows.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
