Join our team at Ericsson as a Senior Solution Architect, a key role in shaping Radio Access Network (RAN) solutions tailored to customer requirements and emerging business demands. You will be instrumental in translating customer needs into technical solutions that drive network performance, efficiency, and profitability. This position offers the opportunity to work across presales, solution design, and service delivery phases, contributing to the continuous evolution of LTE, VoLTE, and 5G networks.
What you will do:
- Define and design RAN solutions aligned with customer specifications and Ericsson standards.
- Identify and drive add-on sales opportunities through technical insights.
- Support requirement analysis, high-level design, and service proposal development.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to customers.
- Document and manage customer requirements while ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the organization.
- Plan new features and assess their impact on the RAN network to optimize performance.
The skills you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of LTE, VoLTE, and 5G technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Ericsson RAN nodes and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Proven ability to translate technical details into business value for customers.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to identifying improvement opportunities.
