Review and validate the technical integrity and compatibility of proposals.

Produce technical write-ups, drawings, and architecture documentation.

Analyze competitor solutions to enhance positioning and highlight unique value.

Prepare reports on technology trends and newly covered solutions.

Participate in client meetings, project design discussions, and defense of proposed solutions.

Validate project implementation plans from a technical perspective for feasibility.

Lead or contribute to software and hardware system upgrades, updates, and node acceptance testing.

Provide troubleshooting and root cause analysis for critical technical issues.

Implement preventive software corrections to resolve recurring network issues.

Contribute to updating the offering portfolio and introducing or retiring technical solutions.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Project Managers, and Technical Teams to improve proposals.

Support and train Account Managers on the technical aspects of new offerings.

Provide input and support for automation and scripting-based solutions.

Participate in or manage technical aspects of projects as part of project management efforts.
