Job Description & Summary

• Lead the development and implementation of enterprise architecture frameworks and roadmaps aligned with business and technology strategies.
• Provide architectural oversight across multiple domains, ensuring integration, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current systems and identify opportunities for modernization and innovation.
• Guide solution architects and technical leads in applying architectural principles and standards.
• Engage with public sector clients to understand regulatory, operational, and strategic needs.
• Represent the architecture function in governance forums and executive presentations.
• Support international deployments and cross-border initiatives with architectural leadership and cultural adaptability.

• Egyptian citizenship with eligibility and willingness to travel and work internationally.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in TOGAF (certification preferred).
• Strong experience in at least two of the following domains:
  • Application Architecture
  • Integration Architecture
  • Data Architecture
  • Technology Architecture
• Proven track record in government and/or healthcare sector engagements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and articulate complex concepts clearly.

• Experience working in multi-national environments or with international teams.
• Ability to mentor junior architects and contribute to capability building.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery experience.
