BIM Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator with a strong background in architecture and interior fit-out projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating BIM processes, ensuring model accuracy, and supporting project delivery in line with international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models for architectural and fit-out projects.
• Coordinate BIM activities among architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Conduct clash detection and ensure timely resolution of design conflicts.
• Prepare accurate 2D drawings and 3D models to support construction and fit-out execution.
• Implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Review subcontractor and supplier models to ensure quality and consistency.
• Generate reports, quantity take-offs, and project documentation from BIM models.
• Provide training and support to project team members on BIM workflows and tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM coordination, with proven expertise in architecture and interior fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related BIM platforms.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, ISO 19650, and coordination workflows.
• Knowledge of construction and fit-out detailing.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must hold a valid Saudi Iqama and be available in Saudi Arabia.
• Familiarity with regional construction practices and BIM standards.
