Job Position – Project Site Coordinator

Location – Khobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Job Summary:
The Site Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to material submission, approval, delivery, and inspection. The role requires close collaboration with suppliers, project teams, and clients to ensure timely and accurate execution of project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare & Coordinate submission of material data sheets (MDS) and technical documents to clients for approval.
• Follow up on material approvals and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Track delivery schedules and coordinate logistics for timely arrival of materials on site.
• Ensure materials are inspected, and inspection reports (MIRs) are received, documented, and submitted to the project team.
• Maintain accurate records of materials, approvals, and inspection reports and maintain E1/E2 log.
• Liaise between suppliers, contractors, and project management to resolve any issues related to materials.
• Assist in preparing progress reports and documentation for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in construction or electrical projects coordination.
• Strong understanding of electrical lighting products and technical documentation.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to be stationed in project sites in Saudi Arabia.
• Proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
• Preferably: Philippines or Indians
