Job Purpose:

The Material Coordinator is responsible for managing, controlling, and monitoring all project-related materials from requisition to delivery. This role ensures the timely availability, accurate documentation, and safe storage of materials to support smooth project execution in compliance with company standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and project teams to ensure timely material delivery.
• Review and track material requisitions, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of material inventory, usage, and stock levels.
• Arrange safe handling, storage, and issuance of materials as per company and client standards.
• Ensure proper documentation for material receipts, inspections, and transfers.
• Monitor shortages, damages, and discrepancies, and escalate issues promptly.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly material status reports for management and clients.
• Support site teams by ensuring material availability in line with construction schedules.
• Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and subcontractors for smooth material flow.
• Ensure compliance with Aramco/NEOM/other client material management standards (when applicable).
• Implement cost control practices by minimizing material wastage and ensuring optimal utilization.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Material Coordinator in construction, oil & gas, or contracting projects.
• Familiarity with Aramco/NEOM/Saudi project material management procedures (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and ERP software.
• Good communication and coordination skills (Arabic & English).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼4,000.00 per month
