Logistics Supervisor

Qualification Required :-

Masters or Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field.

Experience Required:-

5+ years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations, preferably in construction machinery.

Strong knowledge of offloading techniques, warehouse layout planning, and inventory systems.

Hands-on experience with equipment handling tools, cranes, or heavy-duty machinery.

Excellent communication and team leadership skills.

Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and reporting.

Commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.

Job Description:-

To manage and supervise the end-to-end logistics operations and warehouse activities related to construction equipment, ensuring proper handling, storage, safety, and readiness of machinery for sale and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate with logistics executive about receipt of equipment from the port, and delivery to the specific warehouse.
• Ensure the safe offloading of construction equipment using cranes, forklifts, or self-driving methods in compliance with HSE policies.
• Supervise warehouse management of machines and their accessories buckets, attachments, etc., ensuring proper storage conditions.
• Ensure all equipment is tagged, documented, and recorded accurately upon arrival and during storage.
• Maintain the warehouse to ensure cleanliness, safety, and security of all stored items.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment remains in new and saleable condition
• Supervise the on-loading of machines on trucks for delivery, ensuring correct placement, safety procedures, and secure transport.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including physical and system entries.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics and warehouse reports.
• Lead and train the warehouse team, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company procedures.
• Collaborate with the PDI and Sales departments to ensure timely dispatch and support delivery plans.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations and company safety procedures during all operations.
• Coordinate and support PDI activities when required by the department, especially during high-demand or urgent operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ﷼4,500.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
