BIM Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled BIM Coordinator to support project teams by managing and coordinating BIM models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and smooth collaboration across disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and maintain BIM models for multiple projects.
• Perform clash detection, quality checks, and ensure model integrity.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate BIM data.
• Assist BIM Manager in implementing BIM standards and workflows.
• Prepare reports, drawings, and documentation as required.
• Support training and guidance for team members on BIM processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 6-7 years of experience in BIM coordination on construction projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and procedures.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
